I recently had the pleasure of working with Portico, and I must say they did a wonderful job. From the moment I contacted them to the completion of the project, my experience was exceptional. Ori and Dawson were fantastic to work with. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident from day one. They were not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly responsive and honest throughout the entire process. The scope of the project was quite extensive, and I needed some major changes in my kitchen. Portico came through with flying colors. -Extended gas line to my kitchen and converted my electric stove to a gas range. -Installation of a new quartz island. -Removed the microwave over the stove and installed a one into the new island. -Installed proper vent hood over the new gas range. -Installed new tile backsplash What impressed me most about Portico was their fair pricing and the genuine care they showed throughout the project. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the project was completed to my satisfaction. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish.

Portico did an outstanding job converting our half bath to a full bath. We have a half bath in a small space that I wanted to convert into a full bath. I spoke with multiple contractors about it, but I didn't get confidence. I almost dropped this project, but after speaking with Dawson, I gained confidence, and he immediately sent us multiple layouts, reference photos and a precise price. We had a lot of questions, and he answered them all thoroughly. My project manager, Ori, is also very helpful; he kept us updated on progress every day, organized everything, provided us multiple options for tiles, faucets, shower door with in the price range and made sure to clean the area every day at the end, and even accepted last-minute changes without missing the deadline. They ensured that I was satisfied with the work. I will absolutely hire them again for future projects and recommend them to others.

We used Portico to update our master bathroom after our old shower started leaking into our kitchen. From the first call, Portico was responsive and had someone out quickly to look at the bathroom, ask lots of questions, and put together a detailed quote, which was sent to us in the Buildertrend app. All written communication went through the app, including storing our contracts, change orders, and invoices -- the transparency and control that gave us was huge! We had a trip planned and Portico worked with us to find a start date that worked for all parties. They demo'd the bathroom in a day and we never had to deal with the headache of having a dumpster sit in our driveway for weeks. They introduced us to their third-party designer, Miranda Gao, who designed the most beautiful bathroom for us, giving very detailed designs and sourced all of the material (all within budget), including bringing in a craftsman to build our custom vanity, faux beams, and linen cabinet. Our project manager, Marty, was very communicative: texting or calling me regularly to let me know who would be at our house, when, and for how long. If we got behind in a week, he had subs there on the weekend catching up on work. He also made sure everyone working at our house was aware of our dogs and instructed them all to make sure doors to the outside were always closed. The subs Portico brought in were a delight to work with, offering frank advice when something wasn't going to work or look quite right. If anything was off by even an inch or we didn't like how it was placed, Marty had them back fixing it until it was right and exactly how we wanted it. I cannot recommend Portico and their team enough! They have a great attention to detail and listen to you throughout the process and, most importantly, our bathroom turned out better than we ever imagined!
